Thank you pastor Osteen!! I truly needed to hear this sermon. I’ve been unemployed for the last few months and finally I got a job! I kept my hope and trust in God. Even when the doors was being closed I know that God will never forsake me. Me too. I live with abdominal cramps which come and go post cancer surgery last 6 years. I live alone, do everything myself, family all dead, debts,inheritance kept from me etc. The only time I get relief is lying on my bed , have to live like a normal person to stay here. My hope is anchored in God’s promises. He’s always helped me for 65 years. I want my testimony to witness the reality of God and salvation. “All unbelievers have their place in the lake of fire” That’s not me an unbeliever. I have a steel will that I’m not giving up till I get my miracles.I’m going to live to 100 and through my help many souls will be saved.♥️NZ

Rafael Camillo, Very True!! He is one of the best motivational speaker and i listen to him sometimes. But there is a problem in his message. More often than not, Osteen sounds like an inspirational life-coach, instead of a herald of the gospel. He often preaches about how people can improve their lives, be prosperous, and experience happiness. Noticeably absent in Osteen’s optimistic message is any mention of sin or repentance. The atonement of Christ provides us with healing and the abundant life, according to Osteen, but apparently receiving forgiveness from a holy God is not necessary. Another problem in Osteen’s message is his promotion of name-it-claim-it or word-faith theology: “We have to conceive it on the inside before we’re ever going to receive it on the outside,” Osteen writes. “If you don’t think you can have something good, then you never will. The barrier is in your mind. . . . Your own wrong thinking can keep you from God’s best. . . . To experience [God’s] immeasurable favor, you must rid yourself of that small-minded thinking and start expecting God’s blessings, start anticipating promotion and supernatural increase. You must conceive it in your heart before you can receive it. In other words, you must make increase in your own thinking, then God will bring those things to pass” (from Your Best Life Now, chapter 1). There is nothing biblical about such teaching. There is no power inherent in positive thinking, and we do not create our own realities. God is not our servant, standing by and waiting for us to fire up our imaginations so He can lavish us with material goods. Jesus told His followers to “give up everything you have” (Luke 14:33), not to seek to get more.

I respect pastor Joel because he grew up around some of the greatest faith preachers God gave us, the Hagins, Roberts, Copelands, Savelles, Caps, on and on. Wow! That is awesome!

God brought a man into my life very miraculously. He then started showing me signs and even rainbows in the sky around him. God is the best match maker. He promises He will be mine soon. I am not there yet but God promises me every day and is faithful every day to tell me he will be mine! God is so amazing and we can hope in the Lord to finish what he started.

Wow I needed this! I was allowing the fact that other people didn't fully believe with me for what God has put on my heart, to cause me to waver and doubt! God spoke to my love and said I was the man for her, so I trust God to reconcile and restore us
