While I agree that a person shouldn't be negative all the time, it can be just as harmful to go to the other extreme and be positive all the time too. The key to life is knowing when it is appropriate to be positive and when to be negative. In other words: Don't be an optimist or pessimist, be a realist.

I'm sure alot of people suffer from depression and alot of people wouldnt even think about diagnosing it or think about seeking help because in reality alot of people would think about other stuff at that point. mr. get yourself checked before being blind and look for other ways out.

It's incredible how well this song portrays just how much your general mindset can effect your perception of the world around you, it's so easy to get trapped in your own head and become unable to truly see the world in colour. I've loved how this song makes me feel for a while now but it's only after was able to escape my own brain that I could actually understand the meaning. I love this music video so much because the ending implies that there’s hope to finding happiness even when living a shitty life - I think a lot of us feel down about ourselves because life didn’t pan out exactly the way we wanted to, but that’s okay - it doesn’t have to. Not everyone is going to get what they want, but to me that just means appreciating what we already have, and doing what we can to better ourselves for our own sake and not others.

Oh...i m jealous ❤ but wish you it. I am in job i hate, and almost every body in it hate it working there, stressed, angry.. etc. A job like that once in last got me to hospital because of stress...i also said no more. But after year or two iam in similar one. Because for all those great jobs i try to apply 100% send me to hell out of there with my CV, eventhogh I had experience mroe or less, and I really wanna do that job for them so hard. No one cares. Declined before first meeting... who knows..maybe one time in futute I wll be able to work where I would go happy, not only sad.

I will always remember when they advertise the song head & heart many times and my KZread ad appears and that makes me enough, but after I listen to it again the song is quite good

2024 and I’m still listening to this outstanding song! It never fails to make me sing and dance along. I was bullied in primary school as a young girl for a whole year and I even tried to end my own life. I was also diagnosed with epilepsy at age 3. Ever since I struggle daily with anxiety and depression. Thank you Joel Corry and MNEK 🔥❤️

The moment at the end, when both of his versions meet brings such deep emotions to me. It hits me so profoundly i get tears in my eyes almost every time. It's like your higher self telling you its alright and you can actually be happy, and that seems so far out there to you. but it just tells you it's okay. And is glad to see you alive, giving you a pat on your back.

You see at the start of the song that left is the brain and right is the heart, it’s why one is sad and the other is overly full of joy. One other thing is the focus on the brain is an inward towards himself vs the heart is an outwards towards others. A good reminder to get out of your head and enjoy what's going on around you. I also like to compare this song to Tom's diner because it carries the heartbeat in all the lyrics which ties the whole song together. Showing that the heart is underlying everything that goes on. I think the heart is actually him 1 year in the future. Mainly because at the end of the video when he meets himself. The heart tells him things are going to be ok and then the brain side lights up. After that, we see the girl is in the gray clothes from the office and looks at him concerned. Not like the loving side, we saw between them on the heart side. This is the hope that the heart brings in contrasts to the brains "this is it (probably)" sign in the breakfast scene.

I must say it's amazing how awesome both twins performed during this video they nailed it👏🏾👏🏾🔥🔥💯🤙🏾and not only that but it was amazing at the end when both the twins became one just like the human parts of the body functioning

Watched this video at 14 years old being exactly like the man from the left, I was a 14 year old soy boy who was treating his parents badly. 2 years have pased since then. Now I am a 16 year old happier young man. Edit: This video will always remember me where I started my journey from and it always humbles me and makes me grateful of who I am. I wish the absolute best and peace for everyone who is struggling, and for the ones who are already at a happy stage, keep doing your thing !

This video hits hard. Surface level: One guy is happy, one guy is sad! Slightly deeper: Its the same person! Sometimes he's happy, sometimes he's sad, people have emotions Deeper: The happy guy meets the sad guy and passes happiness onto him, showing people that being positive and happy can affect not just you, but the people around you. Deepest: The guy on the left is how a depressed person feels, the guy on the right is what a depressed person portrays to the rest of the world, obviously both exaggerated to show the two extremes. When they bump into eachother at the end, thats the depression meeting the surface level, he allows the sadness to be shown outside, is instantly offered help and has colour come back into his world ...am I looking too deeply into it? This video is amazing! Many people can identify with feeling like the man on the left: depressed, sad, and overcome by life. The ending was powerful because it shows that even in the midst of sadness, joy is also available. After joy disappears (the man on the right) we see sadness (the man on the left) gain color in his hair and skin which represents him finding joy, though life hasn’t yet changed. Before joy disappears it’s like he’s telling sadness that everything is going to be ok which couldn’t be more true. Though sometimes it can feel like life won’t change, we have to keep going until we get to the other side of sadness and can find joy again. Things will get better!

Every country has a few GOOD DJ's I'm a music type person 24/7 I listen to music and I still keep going just found this as a skippable and and I'm listening it and from UK to USA to Dutch and so on have a quite a few GOOD DJ's even if it's just a trance type song they all have good quality and can become real addictive

Who he wishes he could be and how he wishes the world was for him. This is enforced especially at the end of the video when lifeless dude meets full of life dude. Lifeless is dumbfounded, even reaches out for his clothes like “Whoa, this is awesome” and full of life politely straightens out his clothes, pats him on the shoulder and nods with a smile. As if to say “I AM YOU, YOU ARE ME! You can do this! WE can do this! You’ve fucking GOT this shit!”
