no, smiling is a good thing, it confuses the enemy, and makes them think they can ease up, because you treat them like a friend, then you stop laughing once you start dancing, destroying your opponent

I don't think Skitzo was holding back. He lost the battle to Joe. However, we all know Skitzo is capable of a lot more. Both of them are great dancers, kudos to them!

Damn, people throw a lot of shade in the comments.... Lol. Are these all local Vegas people commenting? I need to hit some circles and humble some cats if so. Joe Styles is the man, give him that respect! Been putting in work for awhile now! Still improving. Skitzo is the homie too; one of the most young talented dancers I've had the pleasure of working with. Both deserve respect. People have no chill in these comments. Lol

+Vani Jay actually, he will be known for having a solid discussion & exchange with them. Which is what this dance community is about, learning from each other and coming together from different experiences. Just because you see something on a 3 minute video doesn't mean it tells the full story. All these dancers have a lot of respect for each other which is why we showed them giving respect in the end. I love how Skitzo is always smiling! You can tell his art truly brings him joy.

It's really hard to objectively determine the win in a battle oftentimes, especially in one like this. It's literally a battle of musicality/control/ vs. energy/versatility. Good battle though, hope to see Skitzo battle more soon.

iGenjiHD joe didn't just krump he used alot of styles like iso... and his creativity was better but yeah I've seen better from skitzo too

skitzo to me seems to be a humble dancer, all the makings of greatness. i say he won this battle. it looks like he went easy.

Dont give excuses for skitzo, this was a well fought battle and joe won it fair and square. I love skitzo's style but he can't win everything.

Nice battle..it was great of Skitzo considering that He just came back from Madonna's tour..i hope this loss will make him practice harder.He is fire....joe did amazing in second round,,hatsoff!

Skitzo never fails to amaze me with how precise his moves and his musicality is. but yes the guy won the battle, he was more hyped and did more moves that impressed the judges and Crowd. Skitzo didn't take this seriously

I think all these people saying skitzo won are either biased, or not dancers. I believe skitzo underestimated Joe. I love this match up though, I love both of these dancers, couldnt keep my eye off Joe when I first saw him on turfinc. And skitzo, well... He's made a name for himself. Skitzo definitely could've done better, use he has amazing control, and musicality. His combination of isolations and aggressive movements are one of a kind. Joe definitely had a wider vocabulary, and he was a lot more creative. His story telling I think is what made him stick out, and that fact he managed to keep his musicality while doing so with combos gives him more points. The dude is so diverse in styles, I saw Krump, jookin with a mixture of acrobatics. He is always coming up with fresh concepts. Well deserved win.

skitzo just needs more versatility and a bit of speed and he'll be really fking beast.. but yeah joe won that for me.. and i think those who say skitzo won are biased they just love skitzo more and i actually like skitzo's personality more but in this battle joe won

Thing is, what constitutes a win for anybody can be really subjective so it leads to arguments inevitably. A lot of people here prefer Skitzo's incredible precision (as do I), and yes Joe obviously had more energy but a lot of naysayers probably underestimate the control needed to do Skitzo's style. His dimestops are second to none from what I've seen. To me this looked like a battle between energy vs. cleanliness/precision and that's hard to choose.

Also, if you follow Skitzo you should probably know he can do more styles than most dancers in the game, he can do the following: turf, jook, animation, pop (specifically dimestops the most), house, bonebreak, and I believe some locking though I forgot where I saw that. So versatility isn't really an issue for him.

+keren barkeren Skitzo can do literally just about every dance style VERY VERY well. Even very difficult styles like Ballet and Breaking. Skitzo is better than most. Watch more of him and his battles and see.

Understandably..these dudes are epic, they truly dance with a level of creativity that we have to watch twice to get. i agree skitzo didn't go all the way in, coincidentally met this video after watching his insightful drop. but stylzzz is still murderous in his own right. these two are inspirational just as much as an e.t. & bluprint or parris goebel. intricacy is my passion..

Love Skitzo. And mad props to Joe for upping his game. It's not too often you see that many crazy power moves outside of breakin'. I'd love to see Joe do more krumping. He's obviously very good at it. Big ups fam! 🤘

I heard Joe won this and had to come see it for myself to believe it.. I've gotta say huge props to both but yeah I think Joe took it. . I'm not really biased toward either dancer here (maybe I favor Skitzo by just a bit) ..all in all I just love to see original & talented art through dance while showing love and respect.. and this was def a win for the community of dance - Christ is King, be blessed!

I agree with the judges. Skitzo was clean but his energy and overall performance just wasn't high enough vs Joe.

That's the problem with the dance world...idiots see someone who dances with more energy and in their heads that makes someone better. Skitzo's flow was 1,000 times better...his musicality outshined his by a long shot and he actually took the audience for a ride, he told a story. He started small built up to the climax and finished strong eith great musicality and personality. Joe's moves looked forced...he didn't have any flow..he just pulled moves out of a hat...average musicality but since he had energy he won? Wtf????? Dance is not about energy...I'm not even being biased, it's just stupid to think people are so blind as to think Joe won. Not even close to be completely honest.

Joe is obviously a Beast, proficient at a number of styles (hence the name) and full of creative concepts but I can't help thinking that his overwhelming drive to WIN means that he dances on top of the music rather than with it. Of course he's on beat but to me it seems that he tries to cram as many crowdpleasing moves in as possible and it can be quite suffocating I think. I prefer Skitzo's 'less is more' approach. It feels more authentic and less 'pick n mix' than Joes

dude... this is moths ago... he was off for a while, besides tbh, joe was all over the place not really folloing any main beat look at how clean skitzo performed, but he went soft we all know, just chill skitzo has a lot of potential ;)

Larry didn't destroy him. he tried to claim a move that has no patent on it. Joe explained where the move came from to Larry and he was still in denial.
