    Yeah, they looked up a bit wobbly, but there are a lot of good signs, give Joe a chance, he's good, he made Ireland stronger, when he was there, made us stronger when he was in our setup, given time, he will make Australia good as well, we need the Bledisloe 2 be a great contest, like in the 90's & early 2000's, the key, is fulla's like Harry Wilson, his attitude...

    As an Aussie living in a traditional rugby state I wasnt even aware that the Wallabies were playing and even if I had been I wouldnt have bothered watching it.. Glad to see that they had a win and I hope that they are able to continue the momentum under their new coach. Its going to be a long hard fight for them to win back enough credibility for people here to start watching them again. Their performance under Eddie Jones in the previous world cup was not only embarrassing but a low point in a proud sporting nations rugby history which began back in the 1860s.

    I have one MAJOR complaint about these tours..how come all Northern Hemisphere teams come down and play only TWO games and yet we travel and have to play 4 at the end of the year (our long season)? This is highly skewed towards a more favourable outcome for NH teams! We are absolutely knackered come game 3 or 4 after a long season and they improve their records against us cause by the time we are into the third or fourth game of our tour...we are absolutely stuffed! I wonder what the match stats would be if say Ireland played 2 tests against NZ and then went across the ditch and played 2 against Australia... or vice versa. Just like Ireland would heavily fancy their chances (any quite rightly any time they play) playing SA or NZ but coming south and into game 3 and 4 against NZ/SA/AUS/ARG I would argue their chances of a win diminish greatly. Just imagine Ireland having 2 tests against Argentina and then follow that up (no break...4 straight weeks of rugby) and then play 2 tests against SA. Im sure their records down south here would not be anything near what they are. Lets level the playing field! Great game by the way. Congrats to SA. Well played Ireland.

  • @JimmyKip

    @JimmyKip

    I think the window is for 3 tests, and this year is a bit of an aberration where all of the NH tours are only 2. When us SH teams go up north we usually book a 4th match outside of the test window as we can then negotiate a greater share of the takings from the host team. So its a choice to risk a loss on the park, but make a gain on the balance sheets.

  • @kaimaiiti

    not only that, but since the host union takes all profit from tests, SH suffer financially. Broken system
