I was never keen on Brendan, always thought he was a Rogan cronie, but watched a clip off his own podcast & he totally took Joe's commentary apart, looking at the narrative & the way UFC has told Cyborg's story. However, I feel he wasn't as tough on Joe as he was when he discussed this without Joe being there - but this was b4 all the shit with the edited tape came out.

Wow, credit to Schaub for calling out the Jon Jones hypocrisy. And how the UFC shields certain fighters (Alistair, Brock, Vítor) from PED use. Schaub is actually 💯 right in this

It is way fucking different though Jones tested for an insanely trace amount once then an even less amount of the same substance the next time and it’s possible it was just a tainted pre workout or something. Cyborg is a female (kind of) taking male enhancement drugs so if she’s producing high levels of testosterone way above a female that’s not even close to fair ever. Plus Cyborg tested positive twice.

Jon Jones has tested 4 different times for banned substances. Two weren't his fault seem so hard to believe. It's not that common for fighters to do this and seeing how Jon Jones is I find it hard to believe that he's that unlucky. Lesnar, Overeem, Costa are other fighters that somehow have never popped. I definitely feel like there's been dozens of fighters who have somehow found a way to cheat the system. I know Jones was never jacked up to the gills like the guys I mention but I definitely wouldn't put it past him to try and get away with it.

Really disappointed in how Joe's treated Cyborg. I was a fan of his long before I became a fan of Cyborg's but he continually shows a double standard when it comes to her. I know things have been iffy but honestly ALOT of the time, Cyborg's criticisms of the UFC and Dana seem justified. She's a terrific fighter to watch and seems to spread good messages with her platform. I know he's Dana's friend but he literally pulled her name outta thin air to criticise her for doping and then makes excuses for another more serious doping fighter.

Dana made fun of her looks, tried to mess up her image saying she was afraid of fighting, made her go from 170 to 135 or else she wasn't fighting... the guy was slowly kicking her out

joe your commentary on that fight was doing nothing but putting the other girl over and putting cyborg down, you were trying to give off the impression that cyborg is lucky that this is not a 5 round round fight or she would loose, i am sure cyborg knew it was a 3 round fight and knew how much energy to use for the 3 rounds, she fought holly 5 rounds no problem. she battered this girl around the cage for 3 rounds solid and all everyone talked about was how tuff the other girl was. who gives a fuck. it was 3 rounds of hell from cyborg battering her face and all your commentary and dana talked about was how awesome the girl was for getting the homer simpson treatment for 15 minutes

Joe, Brendan's point was real simple: Dana white never mentions positive drug tests for his favorite fighters, but he talks about Cyborg's positive test often. Why are you in denial about this? It's clear Dana treats her differently.

Women produce very very very low amounts of testosterone. Cybrog when caught was WAY above your average make her sizes level. Testosterone changes women's muscle structure and bone density to another level than it would a man. That's what he means.
