I'm a fan of a bit of what Tate says, but this is also wholesome for sure. I think the balance is in the middle somewhere. Naturally as men you can't just change a multi generational characteristic or trait. When spoken like this it sounds so simple to understand, you communicate well. Not everyone is the same though.
