I also found the exact same website you quoted that from which hilariously called ivermectin a wonder drug: "Ivermectin proved to be even more of a wonder drug in human health, improving the nutrition, general health and wellbeing of billions of people world wide" nice try twisting an article to your side by quoting specifics. So there is a human version, and CNN did lie about it, and you quoted a very specific quote blatantly lying. remember that follow up Joe had for Alex Jones when he asked him about Sandy Hook or they way Joe stood specifically on topic and refused his attention be diverted. All I learned in that podcast was Joe is actually capable of conducting an interview something he says doesn't happen on his podcast their just two people having a "conversation". I like how the gotcha statement is about the drugs ability to be used in horses, but completely disregards the fact it's a dewormer... So it's not technically a lie............. Amoxicillin is a K9 antibiotic. If you get it prescribed to you, it is still a K9 antibiotic.

@@religionisapoison2413 It was on most hospitals critical care regimine for critically ill covid patients early on in the pandemic... They then discovered, like most treatments, it is only effective if used before the critical stage of the disease meaning it wasn't very effectice at treating late stage covid. That doesn't change the fact that most hospitals were using it at one point. It is something that should be taken when you test positive for covid instead of administered once admitted to hospital then it will likely be too late to be effective.

While Rogan may not have used the Veterinary Product, the 2 people that died last month in the US, and thousands of people being admitted to hospital with toxic effects are getting the Veterinary version, and taking thousands of times the dose used to treat parasites. The inventors of Ivermectin (Nobel Prize winners for its development and treating millions with River Blindness) have stated as much themselves. Not apologising for CNN - they've obviously lost all credibility - but regular people hear this pseudoscience from people with an audience then do dangerous things like stated above.

Ok well, it is still people de-wormer and it does not do much of anything against a virus in concentrations that would be safe for a human. If Joe Rogan ate some undercooked meat or bad ceviche he may have reason to take this stuff but it is not for a virus.

I listen on my 3.5 hour drive to my companies satellite location. I use that time to listen to independent sources and to learn new things, whatever they may be. I could just sit there and listen to the same 8 top 40 songs I guess lol

@@DM-zw3dj I'm pretty much in the same boat. I drive about 5 hours a day (2 1/2 hours each way) so I listen to a lot of different things. KZread, podcasts and audio books.

This is a masterclass in how to confront people. Joe is keeping his cool, trying to remain friendly, but plainly and clearly stating his question and not letting the subject change.

I think Joe Rogan has things go way over his head all the time... Rogan was thinking CNN was calling him poor, or in some backwoods taking actual horse dewormer. The point is that ivermectin is used as a livestock dewormer in the west and it went wayyy over Joe's head apparently. Now the hill comes in and tries to make an entire bit based off Joe Rogans lack of cognition, saying CNN lied, and all the mindless CNN haters come with pitch forks like "YEAH!!" when in all reality it is in fact a horse dewormer and there's not enough evidence to say whether or not it helps with covid.....

Or, when conspiracy minded people get together and gang up on someone who actually knows what they talk about, this is the outcome. I'm an educator, and I deal with groups all the time that think they've "won" an argument because I ask people to slow down so I can address the points of several people, while several people together can all attack my one point from different angles. It doesn't make them right, but when it takes a while to address all the points, they lose focus and figure they've won. That's one way ignorance persists. Another is by listening to people like Rogan who make themselves appear to know what they're talking about by barely knowing a bit more than average, which is enough to convince most idiots. But not a doctor. They aren't as easily fooled as idiots. The very fact that they don't realize they are racing past so many important points just to make their uneducated, misinformed OPINIONS (not facts), should tell you something. I doubt it does.

What's bizarre is that Dr. Gupta thought he'd get his book promoted on the show of someone that CNN lied about. He ended up hurting his own credibility. Ivermectin was originally created for humans, a great deal of medications that were developed for one purpose have worked well in both humans and animals, only in different forms.

I have had it prescribed to me in the past to treat my own skin problems, but I would never claim that it's a good treatment for Covid lol. If anyone prescribed me ivermectin for Covid, I'd get a second opinion or change Drs right away!

RATINGS is the ONLY thing that matters in life. We learned that from 45. The funny thing is that both CNN and SNL have been running for how many years?!? Many things become passe but somehow this network and that comedy satire show keep going. what gives when RATINGS are bad? And importantly why are they always part of the conversation?!? I thought low ratings items simply disappear. Hmm.....seems to be a disconnect here
