My theory would be something like: They get to choose from a collection of bullets, they are ofcourse prepared. The force of the bullet are propably calculated to be just enough to go through the window and hit him in the chest, at the bulletproof west, but not penetrate it. Hes holding up his hands to protect his face so that if the gunmans aim is off, he is still somewhat protected. The bullet hits the west as calculated, and he, with fleight-of-hand, retrieves it from the west unnoticed.

04:40 he gives James the bullet. Now James swaps out the initial marked bullet to another one. Then at some point, James gives the marked bullet to Joe when everyone is confused over something else like the trick or something. At 07:26, notice how Joe is holding his left hand infront and his right hand behind. He's got the marked bullet in his right hand which is beneath the left hand which he holds in front. And Voilia! 08:33 he has the bullet in his right hand and shows it to the crowd.

My theory goes like this: the day before they made an attempt to do the trick, but the magician then at that time told he wasn't ready, so he skipped it, by that time, they already signed the bullet, so the next day they give it a new try, (they never told about a previous try), and he carries the bullet in his hand the whole time, and I did think he fired the gun, because the bullet hole is not in the center when he shows it. Thats a part of my theory. The real secret will never be revealed.

:D First of all the place they were in wasn't collosseo in rome, and the initials wouldn't be there anymore after the shot because the bullet gets really really hot when you fire a gun

This is really cool. But you can never really trust something that isnt shot in a single shot. (Talking about the video ofc, not the gun) Watch him live instead =) I have. (once) Now I wanna see Criss Angel and Cyril live as well.

Actually most of the tricks that involve glass between the shooter and the magician are real in some way. They use specially made underpowered rounds that are further slowed down by special glass. I have seen a similar stunt done with .22 caliber and a pair of worker gloves. Im not 100% about this one because he was a great distance away from the shooter and he also didnt use any protective gloves... but there were two sheets of glass infront of him

I think i know how he does this. He simply takes the bullet to his chest (since he is wearing a bulletproof west) Then simply picks the bullet up.

it is actually real. beacuse the heat from the bullet cools down from the air it is flying thrue and the glass makes it slower so it gets time to cool down. if thats not tru then he doesn´t feel pain at all. :D

you see before he is shot he's holding the left hand in front and catching it with the left hand, but when he got shot he is holding it in the right hand, how? fake?? i belive so.

Its totally fake. I mean, as you other said its true about that Lou thingy. I have seen him live. And i have seen a man that has been shooten while doing this trick, but then he catched it with his mouth, so he died. It was very sad. But any1way, Joe is fantastic live. I have seen the Slicer trick. Thats good. But i like Card Tricks. That ws all from Wowplayerandmore
