Shikamaru has always been a fave of mine, but this story arc made him even more of a favourite. I cried when Asuma died and I cried when Shikamaru's father told him to let it out. Half of this arc was me crying honestly. I cried even more than with Gaara & Chiyo. It was agonising to watch him in so much pain for losing someone who was so close to him, someone who was as close as family to him. He was Asuma's treasured pupil who had to see his teacher's death right in front of him. Rest in peace Asuma, your students are doing your name proudly.

Because he already has the foundation of speaking english, duh. Many japanese artists's english foundation is from what they learned in school. Japanese schools teach that kind of english. The ones with english that actually sound like english are usually either returnee or went on in-depth study for it. The example is Joe inoue, or Yoasobi's vocalist, or many other returnees who go for singing career and make their own lyrics.

I cannot believe my favorite Japanese teacher I saw in Facebook is also the singer of this song. You have all my Respect!!

I mean it should show that he’s half-japanese too, but he’s not according to google. He just learned it by watching anime and reading manga (weeaboo I guess) but the way he speaks is so fluent and his face is so japanese too. At first I thought he was a japanese that live in america, but turns out it’s the same way round

Lοrd SushiΨ okay well he was born in America making him American. But his parents are Japanese and thus he learned Japanese growing up most likely. Just how some Americans with Mexican or Latin parents teach them Spanish growing up.

+WarriorWolfeh It's obvious that he speaks fluent English, it is his native language after all. He was born and raised in LA - California... He also is in Brazil all the time he's not working in Japan... he speaks fluent Portuguese and have 2 KZread channels that he uses just to talk to his brazilian fans (in Portuguese, of course). He even have a few song in Portuguese. I guess he can also speak Norwegian...

I miss the years from 2000-2012. growing up using msn just to chat with friends, where it was pure communication and fun animation emojis. Instead we get Instagram and Tiktok these days, the world is so messed up. I feel sad how low humanity have become and have lost their sense of direction.
