Because of rules of music publishing, even in a parody you have to pay for the composition of the melody. So even changing the lyrics and doing a parody they would have to pay per listen of the song he does every week and it would get seriously messy. Either they would have to do it with wrestling songs already licensed by the WWE or they would have to get permission each time and pay them accordingly each time.
