One of my best investments in the evolution of myself has been to pay for the yearly KZread subscription. I no longer have the annoying ads when doing meditations like this or when playing music while I paint.
Paying for KZread is so worth it if you use it to meditate, y'all! Ty for uploading!
Just wanted to let everyone that is complaining about ads to know that you just need to upgrade to you tube premium and you will not have ads in the videos you watch

This is a beautiful meditation, but cannot be followed with ads interrupting it several times

It is my second or maybe the best meditation I have done with Dr. Joe. Only the mg is the ads. But will subscribe to the channel so no more interruptions.
This meditation is interrupted by ads… if you want money from your channel can’t you do it better?

You need go to Dr Joe’s website and BUY his meditations, pay him for his work, or pay for premium You Tube service. That is respectful.

Its youtube not the uploader, sometimes if u access via scrolling with sound, dont tap on the video then no ads, sometimes sound is blocked and you have to tap on the video to access it

Why is you tube still putting adverts in meditations ???????
The benefits I have received from my KZread subscription far outweighs the cost. So much time wasted with ads. I can listen to anything without interruption. Yes, I wish I didn’t have to pay, but I do! 👍🥰
If we don’t subscribe to youtube u get ads unless you can access it from scrolling and it lets u listen but don’t tap on the video. Sometimes it doesn’t offer the sound feature tho

This meditation has ads, which is very distracting when you ate trying to concentrate. Find others without ads.
