yomsina I don’t know anything about dance so your probs right tbh! I was just sad because he scored better in the previous dances so I got my hopes up, but I do agree the first two were better. Let’s keep our fingers crossed he does well next week! X

I think they had to be harsh on Joe this week because they have been accused of favouritism and over marking him in the previous dances, especially Shirley. Hopefully that's the harshness out of the way now Was a difficult dance and theme to pull off as well. I loved it though :)

Omg I'm so glad to see how Casper is so supporting Joe. He didn't like when Joe got the low score and was worried about him. (OMG that's so sweet of him) I wish I could have a friend like him who could care about me the same way he does to Joe.

I do love how supportive you are of your friends and family; supporting Joe, your mum and a cheeky nod to Byron at the end! Joe is definitely one of the best dancers however I do think some of the comments was reasonable as his bum did make an appearance but it’s hard to make sure it doesn’t stick out in ballroom 😂 All 7’s would of been ok but not 6’s! I can’t wait to see him do more Latin

Thing is you can tell early on each year whos going to win because it comes naturally to them straight away - as much as I love Joe and think hes doing really well, its clear that hes just thinking about the next move in the dance in this routine rather than just dancing it if ygm, it ends up with him being a little stiff and forced 😕 I do think he could've got a slightly higher score but I don't massively disagree with the scores they did give him last night

Don’t get me wrong, I do love Caspar, but if you don’t know anything about ballroom and Latin, then don’t try to say the judges are wrong. Joe is one of my favourite KZreadrs, but judging on this dance, it wasn’t his best, he did do so well but his bum stuck out and he needs to use his neck more. But I’m so glad he’s still in the competition. Joe for the win!❤️

I agree, Caspar. Joe definitely should have gotten a higher score, the dance was beautiful and High School Musical was part of my childhood, I was obsessed with it when I was 6 and 7

Sorry but I completely agree with the score, they’re professional dance judges and it’s their job to look out for the small details that non-dancers may not see. As a professional dancer in training, I’m very used to this form of ‘criticism’ from judges and teachers, it’s not a bad thing, just means they’re noticing these things to try and improve his dancing. I think he’s been brilliant but there’s always going to be constructive criticism to make him even better, it’s how the dance world works💃🏼 he’ll be fine 💃🏼

Poppy Davies So so true, Joe is very good but this wasn't his best dance, the judges know what they're talking about. Coming from a fellow dancer, you just have to learn not to see the criticism as something you did wrong, but as something you can do right next time.
