Joe didn't really freestyle, no. But NO ONE freestyles anymore, and you can tell everytime someone really does. That's the main reason I've always found Charles so impressive, he could go forever COMPLETELY off the top of his dome.

Does this take away from them being an emcee? In my opinion, no; but CH embraces a lost art. Ludacris, Kanye, and Game have done it well also.
