The household names of Gaelic football punditry haven’t sat together as a panel since 2018 but “the Bee Gees are back together”.
On the season finale of Breaking Ball with Philly McMahon, Joe Brolly, Pat Spillane and Colm O’Rourke join forces once more to analyse Dublin v Kerry, discuss their former days on the panel and take the show off on all sorts of argumentative directions, like only they can.
Philly McMahon takes a look at how Dublin can stop David Clifford and there’s time for one more challenge, this time against renowned comedian Michael Fry.

Brilliant! O'Rourke always says so much with few words, and Brolly is witty in a devilish way. Spillane as usual is a bore enchanted with himself!

Best pundits on the football, the hurling misses Cyril Farrell and Mulcahy, soccer missed Dunphy, Brady and Giles. RTE is beyond terrible now, no more debates. Also Bill and Michael are presenters also missed.

Bill Herlihy and Michael Lyster. Two wonderful gentlemen. Now we have Joanne Cantwell doing both their jobs. She's boring, female, unattractive and doesn't know what she's talking about. Perfect for the 'new' RTE.
Glad the spice girls have got back together. Legends. Colm actually presented me with my first cuman na mun scoill gold when I was a 10, 11, 12. Lovely man. His nephew Turlough was in our school... Down the road in Clonee on the N3 was graffiti on a wall " A good Dub is a dead Dub". I was disgusted a Meath man presented me my croker achievement. My Da played in Goal for the Dubs in minor hurling. Bet into us, Meath men a C's. Colm was a class player and a legend. My Da hated that I thought that. In my secoundary school I was in Anto Myles class, didnt see it at the time, another lege bag

Great approach to the game all involved. Fixes the lads cameras and we have a new alternative to the conventional coverage
Don’t need to see Pat so close up, very alarming sight on a 55” TV. That said was pretty good bit of banter, Philly is a great host and no one is walking on eggshells. Would be great to see a half time analysis for old times sake.

The Dinosaurs are back. At least there not Cavanagh or McMahon and God save us from the awful dose that's Up for the Match. They should use that program for some class a low level torture with all the forced craic .

Only the unfortunates who have no choice watch RTE, when they got rid of the 3 lads as they had to cos theyre legends and Cantwell is brutal at analysis, The Sunday Game highlights is not about the game anymore its about Hurley and the lightweights talking rubbish about the game
Didn't agree with a lot, that they said. But I'd listen to them. They were brilliant. Compared to the stat's brigade of cantwell, etc. they made the live game coverage enjoyable. As for Fitzmaurice commentating? Boring.
Dublin did not win 6 all-Irelands the not got our 1910 orignal Celtic cross its our history as much as Sam is .
