Sky News host James Morrow says Joe Biden is more “error-prone” when he is hyped up as he questions which version of the President people will see at the first debate.
“Lately, we seem to get one of two Bidens,” Mr Morrow said.
“The manic overclocked Biden who jibbers like a neurotic housecat after eight espressos and the nearly catatonic Biden who just stares at you like a deer that has just made its way onto the Hume Highway.”

There's no notes allowed although they can take notes themselves. They aren't allowed to talk to the advisors during commercial breaks. No audience and the microphones will be muted when the other candidate is asked questions. CNN will be working overtime to protect Joe with the mute button, but that could backfire on them.
