I've loved Jodie since the original Freaky Friday. I'm now watching her on True Detective, and she's still delivering complex, compelling performances. Her name doesn’t come up often enough when talking about the greatest actresses of all time

As a really little girl, she came across as this tough little character who was killer cute. She was magnetic to us. We loved little Jodie!! She's got quite a history.

Easily one of my favorite actors and directors. I also love that she will watch "Silence of the Lambs" repeatedly--it is my favorite film of all films. And I 100% believe she is a national treasure and should be honored as such! Thank you for your gifts of story telling and directing, Ms. Foster.

This is one of my favorite interviews in a while! Loving Jodie even more!!! Kelly is a natural at this!

WOW! I love this so much. The second she said “Ellie Aroway” is most like her because that’s my all time favorite movie. I have always loved Jodie foster and will continue to do so.

I have always admired Jodie for being so good at her craft and handling celebrity in a gracious way. Kelly has come so far with this show, her guests seem more relaxed than other shows/interviews as Kelly is warm, gracious and funny.

I believe the slapping was on 1976's "The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane", but the actress who did the hitting--Alexis Smith--later said, "She (Foster) told me to go ahead and slap her, she said "it's okay". I admired that about her."

I love her and she looks fantastic! Aging with grace! Silence of the lambs in my top 10 of all time! The acting is unbelievable.

Jodi Foster is a powerhouse of the industry. I’ve watched every movie she’s done and never been disappointed. Such a talent, and she has brought so much to film and the industry.

COTACT had a big influence through my early University life on how we can actually be grew-up both in intellectually and spiritually stage at the same time

Jodie is an incredibly talented and smart actress. Super intelligent and yet somebody you feel like could be living next door to you. Just love her.

I’ve seen so many of her films. And I’ve loved her in every single of them. Loved that she said her character in Contact was the closest to who she is. Loved that film. And loved her in other films like Maverick to Panic Room. She’s made so many great ones.

Wow Jodie had a beautiful happy smile on her face the whole time. Compared to her True Detective character’s constant (but also great) scowl. She seemed to really enjoy the time w/Kelly (who asks such good real ppl questions, not boring industry stuff no one cares about). Love them both.

Wow! What a fantastic interview! Kelly asked some awesome questions of Jodie. I've always loved Jodie Foster. She is truly one of my favorite actors. I love all of her movies, and I especially loved "Nell". But, all are great! She's such an outstanding actor, director, producer and everything in between - a true legend in her own time, imo.

Time limits. It actually feels fast (I talk fast like Kelly) but actually they covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time.

I absolutely love "Stealing Home", her role in that movie was amazing. It wasn't the lead character but it centered around her through Mark Harmons character who was the main character of the movie.

Absolutely love Jodie! Grew up on her early films (Candleshoe, Freaky Friday, Napolean & Sam) As she grew up in her work, followed her amazing career, still today one of my favorite films she has done is Silence of the Lambs and then Contact. Brilliant work!

I think it’s more of a cult classic.

It's nice to see Kelly giving air to people of my generation, people I watched growing up, like Jodie, or as a young adult, like Jamie Lee.

I loved NYAD too. I just love Jodie’s movies and TV shows
