So my odd case is that My Company needed another admin but didn't have room in that budget, They created a CX Operations Role where I mainly handle Salesforce for our Support, Professional Services, Consulting, and IT Teams.

Sure! Associates: Sales Rep Customer Success Maybe Sales Operations or Revenue operations Administrators: Sales Operations Revenue Operations IT help desk IT help desk 2 There’s also a lot of different variations of those above jobs

@@salesforceemily These are all great options, and common "first jobs" of the accidental admin. I personally started in Sales, transitioned to a type of Ops role and was a super user. Then in 2013 I got to take a chance with the salesforce team, and I've been an admin ever since. The only thing I do want to stress with people is that there's also timing and luck. Aside from strong technical skills, experience helps you develop soft skills as well. This is what really separates an experienced admin vs a newer admin with 5 certs. It's important to know the "why" and "When" to build something as opposed to just the "how".

Nope! I really don't think so. At least with the current AI tools, you're always going to need someone be at the helm of the AI tools or someone who is using it and be able to implement it.
