Just try asking for leaves they will treat as you have asked there property 😅😅😅 My teammate recently became father he worked from hospital while taking care of his wife and child, You will not understand perhaps you are government employee or big tech 🥵

Left my job in 7 months for the same reason... And when I told the reality to myanagers.. They were shocked like how can someone, fresher, leave a job just bcoz of overtime issues and lack of work - life balance.... Even other employees were shocked... Like I did something very stupid and naive.

@@mohdghani7171 well, leaving job was easy for me bcoz I didn't had any such financial responsibilities. I looked for other job, meanwhile got married, after a year of marriage.. My husband also left his job and we started a small Restaurant with our savings. Though its all good to hear but it's way more harder than our jobs. Mentally and physically ... But everyone has different situations and one shouldn't look answer in others... My brother is in IT sector for last 12 yrs but he has made it very clear since the beginning that he'll always prioritize personal life.. So he's in good position, earning very well... But if we compare with others, he's earning less than his fellows...so it's perspective towards life

thanks for showing the reality of jobs. it's very hard for working continuously for days months years. the effect on health is irreversible. please keep making such videos. please make something for bank employees whom are facing huge shortage in staff. profits are growing multiple times and but less staff every year. where there was six employees now there is three or two. injustice has to end.

Excellent point about bank employe specially private banks. Culture became worst . Not even working hours here 12 hours job and abusive all time shoutings languages ,targer,huddle, branch banking,hell,looking like heaven according to customer. Main reason of Shortage.culture re structured must now working hours should be fixed.even govt bank employee in the same situation most of the time.

I love my 9 to 5 job. It's not about founding startup or being entrepreneur for everyone. Normalize 9 to 5 jobs. It pays me well , I get quality time to spend with my family after 5.
