It has been a big moral challenge for me during a job interview to balance an honest presentation of what really I am and reciting cliche language tailored just for a job interview (which is available everywhere). The cliche language is almost always exaggerated and dishonest and sometimes it is like an act of cheating when it is used by all applicants.
