Boss, the main issue is students don't know ki unhe karna kya hai aur kya scope hai at the time at 10th standard and if they don't get any person who guide them.then they mostly follow the flow where everyone goes they go, so basically 10th standard tak aate hi unko pata hona chahiye ke perfectly unka interest kya hai & kya scope hai future mai & kya procedures hai. Yeh to saala ek baar college me aa jaate hai flow me uske baad pata chalta hai ki yeh kiya hota to a66a hota so that's the main reason for unskilled person and old education system.

It depends on various factors: Market forces, Macroeconomic dynamics, Talent and job-fit. I had job offers from BHEL,SAIL,NTPC,Infosys, WEG manufacturing, Income Tax department, MHA (Group A) and from Engineering college (Lecturer post). Undoubtedly, Supply-demand balance is now distorted but still job opportunities are there in Engineering.
