Would office supplies cover things like computers, printers, routers, desks, chairs, etc?
@allkristiningram

It depends on the company's capitalization policy. Typically office supplies are expendable items like paper, pens, etc. Office expense could include furniture items but only if they aren't capitalized.
do the billable hours depend on how many employees?
@allkristiningram

Yes. You would need to add up all the hours for all of the employees.
i have a question for you , how can i send you a private message ?

I don't understand how you are dividing by 0.7 instead of multiplying by 0.3

Because if I want to figure out sales and I know expenses, I need to divide by the expense ratio. If you multiply by .30, you get a smaller number, not a larger one.
how did we get 70%
@allkristiningram

If profit is 30% of sales price, cost must be the other 70%.
