I am from India,being a heavy fan of both cricket and football,I can only say that VAR system all over the world is not used properly to its fullest potential,the decisions are totally vague. The side who has more Money dictates the sporting system. It's totally corrupted due to some so called powerful people. I agree about the medical team but not about getting tons of players. I would keep Xavi, grow La Masia players, spend no money like 60M on Raphina because let's face it, we don;t afford Wirtz or others like him, and profit. Our best players last 2 seasons were from La Masia: Gavi, Araujo, Lamine, Cubarsi, Balde, Fermin. More of those please, and less Raphina, Ferran, Lewa... get only free players like Gundo if any are on the market and are willing to join. and be patient 2-3 years. that's how i would do it.
