Great video, thanks for comparing to the Queen Studios Batman. I have the single version on pre-order, this will be my first JND statue B.t.w. you have mixed up his shoulder pauldrons.

did you put the queens studios unmask portrait on the JND base? bit confusing. BTW the single version comes with the Christian bale scuplt also FYI

I did, the duo does not have a separate removable unmasked portrait

Just a quick question, do you keep the original cardboard box? or just main box? i threw away cardboard box due to limited space

Great video! I have a few pieces on PO from JND direct. How is duty and shipping cost on this?

The carbon fiber on the JND is not accurate. It is supposed to be cloudy and dark like the Queen Studios. When I got mine, I was quite disappointed as the prototype was correct.

Thanks for your input it is appreciated, I still prefer the carbon fiber as it is - shows separation of the different materials more.

Wasn't accurate on the prototype either. It was matte finish, but still transparent. Didn't have the smokey effect. I agree with the reviewer though, despite the inaccuracy, I think it actually looks better, as you see more of a difference between the carbon fiber panels and the rest of the suit. Just makes it more interesting.

@@nuriduraku7816 Problem is a lot of people want what they saw in the movie and not a super-idealized version. It's one thing to be slightly off here and there, but this is seriously a drastic departure from the source material.

@DigitalSpace I get what you're saying, I'm just saying that it was never accurate to begin with, yet nobody said anything at the beginning. The final product is only a change from matte to gloss. I get it will bother some people, but it seems most people don't care tbh. JND have always made idealised statues. I don't think they've made a single piece that is completely accurate to the film.

@@nuriduraku7816 The thing is that there is a major difference between matte and gloss for a suit that is supposed to be focused on stealth. There are people complaining, but I bet there would be even more if this piece was cheaper as there seems to be a lot of choice-supportive bias going on in forums and videos. I've noticed these same people call out inaccuracies on other statues, but not here when they purchased it.

Thanks for comparison, but JND blows Queens out of the water.

@@keeganmatheson6153 no one is forcing you to purchase the JND version, it is still your choice as a buyer and if you’re comparing apples to apples getting single version is double the price, as QS does not have a Bruce Wayne in business suit (as JND Duo is two separate bodies, the proper comparison is the JND Single version w/o Bruce Wayne body)

@@MarkoCG77 nope no ones forcing me to but price is HUGE In this particular comparison and I didn’t hear you mention it. It’s triple the price the queen studios retailed at 1000 and the single dark knight statue is 3000. I’m just saying it’s beautiful and I’m happy you got it but is it worth triple. Not in my opinion.
