i think ladema is saying something just that his presentation is coming out in a different way plus he is soo tribal. i believe we need to have a land use and control policy where by agricultural land should be left so and settlement regions should be left so... eg, kiambu county just next to kiambu town, fertile land suitable for agriculture has been made settlement region with commercial houses all over, and machakos which is just a few kms away which should be best for settlement.

The debate is very Hot But for the sake of Patriotism Tribalistic mentality is dangerous in cosmopolitan communities..BBI agenda is about uniting all kenyans..Cheruyot has passionate Truth on the goal of leadership.. Tribes are ok but Tribalistic thinking is limiting..We must respect all Tribes..Land use tenure is varied..& Leaders should show leadership.. Competition is necessary Any Kenyan has a right to own land anywhere and do business lawfully..21st Century we have to think beyond cheap tribal politics..Embrace the New Dawn.. What ladema is talking about is the reality even in western province,you can't migrate from one county and run for office in your new county of settlement. Gearbox was elected for representing Githurai which is largely in Nairobi. 11 staff member's at cereal board sent home due to corruption, 9 were kaleniin,2 other tribe's.
