Can you ever imagine pain Miguna is enduring?: He is asked to apply for Kenyan citizen, a right that he receive by being born in Kenya to two Kenyan parents, he has birth certificate to prove this! A right that no one can ever take away even in death! Citizen that can be taken away is that obtained via naturalization, through legal means, the borrowed rights. The want him not to be able to run for President, ever, because thats only for the citizens via birth. Miguna Miguna can easily take over from Raila and thats a matter of time. Regimes come and go, Kenya is and will always be there. Miguna for President!!!!

sam scott stop exposing your ignorance. All Kenyans who became citizens of other countries before 2010 lost their Kenyan citizenship. After 2010 those can re apply for their Kenyan citizenship simple. Many former Kenyans have followed this process. Who is this Miguna trash to think he is exempt?

It's only after 2010 when a Kenyan by birth could not lose their citizenship. The new constitution clearly states that those Kenyans by birth who lost their citizenship MUST REAPPLY. Chapter 3 14(5). Soma kwa bidii

Miguna cant be a president whatsoever. in as much as i support him, a good leader listens and tries to understand his people but you see miguna refuses to listen to anything. to be honest miguna could not be allowed in the country without a travel document. miguna should have just submitted his canadian passport and be allowed in after which he could have just gone to the courts while within and fought from within. lets be realistic.
