Rita always keep the kitchen clean but when it comes to cooking, I still prefer JK's way. He is more clean. He washed the vegetables properly but Rita hardly wash it before cooking. So many times she went to pick green onions, just remove the roots and cut it then fry it or put in the wok directly. And they use cow dung to fertilise their garden's soil. I knew cow is holy to them, but just wash the vegetables after picking or before cooking it.
