Plenty of videos out there of Tae and Jungkook getting jealous over the other hugging other men even their own band members. Jk gave Suga serious side eye when he was hugging Tae. There was a time when jimin went up and smacked JK's butt and Tae glared at him and jimin got that look on his face like "oh shit" they have contracts to a record label so there's only so much that they can expose without legal complications. So of course in this particular video Tay isn't necessarily going to stick up for JK because it's all new. When you try homosexual or bisexual things for the first time there's almost a sense of shyness and shame when you go around other people.
