I feel for him. I had to go gluten free about 3 years ago. The first few months are hard to get through, because you are craving all those things you used to eat. Three years later, and I no longer crave breads like I used to, or sweets made with wheat flour. (Have to avoid Rye and Barley as well, they have similar gluten as wheat.)

I'm intolerant too, but I didn't understand how he said through urine tests !!! The only way to know it is to do a histology analysis to your duodenum ...

@@Auraureole we can do a blood test to find out gluten intolerance or even celiac. He told he usually does blood and urine tests as part of their health check ups n that's how he found out.

i have celiacs as well and I’ve had to stop eating gluten for about 8 years and it’s like hell- im not even exaggerating. Gluten free food sucks I feel so bad for him😭

@@miniejagi if you have celiacs, it doesn’t go away so he either doesn’t care and eats gluten anyway or the doctor was wrong lol
