It's true, and has also become almost an inside joke in Studio C. I can think of at least two episodes where Matt plays a colorblind character, but there's probably more.

I think Mal, Whit, and Nat are beautiful regardless of whether or not they're wearing makeup, or who put it on. And they've got such pretty voices, too!
