1- Diavolo casts time skip right before Dio casts The World 2- Stopped time goes for as long as it has to (probably 9 seconds) and is entirely skipped to the point where time resumes its normal pace 3- Dio is left wondering why his timestop didn't work

@@Hatredcopter.M3 you can't skip stopped time so when diavolo time skip if dio is fated to time stop he will then and he's conscious when in stopped time but he will forget that he has stopped the time cuz that time is skipped. After ts ran out dio's time will be skipped again for the remaining duration And diavolo will only see dio teleports. As for can he kill diavolo in stopped time idk cuz diavolo can't be touched in time skip we dont know if it take effect in stopped time.

@@rohidzaidannasution6828 Diavolo can predict the future so he can skip dio stopping time, but you are somewhat right because technically dio can stop time for 11 second( at most ), which will make diavolo skip to the time where time is still stop, but the world will only last one second because of that which make it not that strong, and diavolo would have a chance.

@@King-11- peut importe le nombre de secondes , les secondes pendant le temps arrêté ne compte pas en quelques sortes puisque le temps ne s'écoule pas, le Time stop dure un temps infinitésimale diabolo pourra toujours le skipper avec epitath. Puis comme on l'a vu il peut utiliser epitath dans son Time skip. Étant donné que son abilité lui montre une image qui le favorisera toujours, et que si il frappe dio dans le ventre il meure, il se verra frapper la tête CQFD

It should be canon. It would make for an amazing anime. All JoJo's from all parts teamed up to battle Heaven Ascension DIO. Over Heaven The World would be amazing. Wish we had more scenes of The World in Part 6. Such a cool design.

Yeah obviously, I’ve been playing online games for years dude and this is the first time I’ve actual invested into a fighting game with these types of mechanics. Go look at my other naruto videos and you’ll see I’ll be able to hold my own eventually. Also try to have some empathy when you comment on someone’s video. I work hard on all my videos and I don’t really see you posting anything, only talking.

Oh, immensely. I'm 50/50 on if The World would even need Time Stop to air mail Diavolo these hands. Time Stop would be slightly more needed for Star Platinum since the user is not a vampire, but would still result in Diavolo lying on the ground, likely with excessive bloodloss after being hit so hard he replaced all the water in the Venetian rivers with his blood roughly 5 times over. That's how much blood is in an average anime character, right?

(Because dunno if you noticed, but first thing, GER reversed things as Diavolo's Time Skip would have ended, and Diavolo swapped the gut punch that Epitaph showed him with a downwards head chop, thereby freeing GER from the fate Epitaph had shown Diavolo by changing Diavolo's own actions, giving it the chance to undo everything Diavolo tried to do, while acting incredibly smug about it.)

No far from it in fact the only reason he normally one shots is people fighting him usually dnt know his ability and so he cheap shots them if you know his power you can work around it just like Jotaro and the time stop
