Minister of Electricity position was announced 21 days ago. Thats hundreds of hours of loadshedin. Any competent institution would have announced who the minister would be on that day and their portfolio. It says everything, no urgency, no care, no accountability. Ramaphosa is a disgrace and way worse than Zuma. At least with him we had no expectations.
