    This is absolutely wonderful. I’m 34 today, started Tae Kwon Do when I was 13, and then went to Krav Maga/Jiu Jitsu and I if can tell you one thing, anything can happen to me in this life but nothing will take away my sense of self that martial arts helped me build since before my teens. I struggle with ADHD, depression and anxiety and have life long lessons that I want to pass on to my children. Besides all the obvious physical benefits, you learn to burn all that mental fire energy that we get when feeling stuck at challenges going through life, and this I think it’s so important. Many times I get so frustrated at work, 10 min of practice already helps to burn all the anger. 😂
