In a different venue this time, Amy and Clark produced the same high quality instruction they are known for. We continued with variations from last week's moves and glided gracefully into the new moves as they were layered skillfully, by Amy and Clark. We were taught body position as it relates to balance and ease of movement, especially when using the closed cuddle and/or moving with both hands connected through multiple moves. Amy reminded us about our relationship to the music and how interpreting the spirit of the song can create a varied presentation of the moves.
