Sir, I have a doubt if many projects are available and how you identify which test cases are created for a particular project. How to link all test cases with a working project if you are working on multiple projects? And need to create any other reports after test execution ?

Very nice explanation sir...got cleared with the doubts. But could you please make a separate video on Resolutions that are followed on JIRA. As in one of my interview question the interviewer asked me about the deferred status and what will happen to my test cases if I put Deffered status? Sir If possible please answer this question 🙏

You have options to import these tests cases into Jira tool, but you have create test cases in the Jira specified format before importing it into Jira.

Very clear explanation . I followed everything but what does it mean by Retesting on Version Two. Its just the same test we repeat or do we need to change the version in any field...Sorry for the ignorance , just a beginner.

Defects reported by testers in version one, cannot be fixed in the same version. Developers will fix the defects and make these fixes part of next version . Hence testers have to perform retesting on the latest version to see if these defects are really fixed by developers as stated.

It depends on the project. In some projects, we have to write them in tool itself and attach to the user stores. And in other projects, you have to create them in a document say word (not always excel) and attach it to the respective user story.

EPIC,stories are written in excel sheet or they will directly written in jira... for example purpose only, your are showing that excel sheet right?

Both ways possible. We can upload the excel sheet which is created in the jira format to jira also.
