By seeing many of the comments I came to know people still have poor mentality. It's true that it is a ultra luxury mall but it creates a huge employment opportunity for the middle class and lower class. It's construction itself employed thousands of people.

It is great. Gives people an aspiration to get to. Plus attracts people from all over the world to come live and work in Mumbai - a big step needed to become a world class city. Need to get rid of the slums super fast. Build a lot of affordable homes and move people there and redevelop opened up spaces, lay better connecting roads to ease up traffic. Need to do a lot, lot more costing billions of dollars 😊

I went to check this mall a couple of days ago. What really struck me was how empty the mall was. I mean in a city like Mumbai which is bursting in it’s seams with people it’s incredible that a shopping mall in it’s midst is so empty.

@@---_. A mall is not luxurious just by having outlets of luxury brands but the architecture of the mall determines the luxury of the mall. Apart from the brands it looks like any other mall in India, but UB City looks like a grand palace.

The whole concept revolves around the number of luxury brands in the mall. Do some research. If you are talking about interior wise I agree there are many more good looking malls just take example of phoenix palladium in mumbai it is also good looking but it ain't as luxurious as this one.

Looks like an average mall in China, even the rich people in India have zero class. Like it says money can't buy you class.
