it really depends on how many gold you have, stormrazor is cheaper that's why most of the people prefer it, it offer few atk speed and slow effect too while infinity edge offer more damage and more expensive, atk speed isn't really an issue for someone like jinx, lucian, etc, or any adc with lethal tempo, so going IE as 1st item is better if you have gold for it, unless if it's for champs that rely heavily on their atk speed like Vayne, etc

Jinx is a really good adc

For me its a good skin, but there are so many missed opportunities to this skin like they should make his skill 2 to throw an empty spray paint or a mini paint gun, in her ult they should make it a splash of paint its just underwhelming

ikr, it's pretty underwhelming compared to the Ekko ones, even though both are Epic, the Ekko ones is pretty amazing, it even surpass the Samira ones in term of skills effect imo
