i wish they showed us some glimpse of vi having a hard time in prison and thinking about powder. i wish vi have said something when jinx said she change. i wish there was another way.

For real tho, after reading the files of Vi imprisonment inside LoL game I'm fucking pissed at how everyone likes to blame her and say that she didn't love her sister. Vi spent almost 8 years inside Stillwater, without any hope of getting out of there 'cause Marcus was paying the prison to keep her inside as a secret for god knows how long. She was constantly being beaten up and at the same time fighting everyone who came from the undercity to have some clue about what happened to Powder. Guards thought she was addicted to a 'substance' when she was just calling for her own sister. Of course Silco's love is portrayed better than Vi's if he had all those years besides Jinx while Vi was away from everyone and everything and the only way to cope with all was just fighting and call for her sister.

I want an alternative ending so badly where things work out and Vi somehow gets powder Back. Deep down that small hope that powder is still fighting and understands everything. But Silco won with that small little lie that meant hurt powder and what fuels Jinx. That Vi abandoned her. But of course as the seasons progresses we know that powder is dead and gone forever nothing left of her but the memoir Ekko made in honor of powder. And that hurts so much. As a bigger sister I side with Vi so much and I have come to adore her but I love Jinxx like a little sister and hurts to know that she will never be the same.

Same here, same here: the love in this show it's so real that it hurt you. Violet and Powder love for each other won't ever cease, and it will always be causing them pain and that's what's hurt the most.

because it is a good sign of a show if it leave you hurt because if we had a happy ending no one would've been a die hard fan of the series as they're now.... we remember negative things more comparatively good things cuz it leaves us with a deep scar

I feel so sorry for them. They could have been a same sisters but from the misunderstanding from each other made them apart. Hoped I could see their relationship longer... Can't forget Vi's line "This city is gonna respect us".

never thought I would have felt so addicted to charachters like this after TLOU

“One day, this city is gonna respect us.” That line is so tragic by the end of the show, because in the end, it was only half true. Violet went on to become a hero in Piltover who kept the undercity from devolving into chaos. She is looked to and respected. Meanwhile, Powder became Jinx and reigned terror and chaos in Zaun at Silco’s right hand and continued to raise cain even after his death. One sister became the city’s saving grace while the other became its bane. All it took was one bad day and one terrible decision…

This is awesome , I hope they make up in the next season but it isn’t likely. Vi has spent all this time looking for her sister, and when she finally finds her. Powder isn’t Powder anymore, it’s sad.

@@Flatrid it might be different to an extant but it's likely to still adhere to lore generally even if the details change and that ensures that any ending will be intensly bittersweet at best. Arcane is written as a tragedy, after all.

@@ryanwill32 The writers said they don’t want the lore of the game to limit them and their creative decisions, so they’re while they’re keeping lore in mind it won’t be something they necessarily have to adhere to. Already quite a few things are different just with the first season.

The best sisters ever. One really psychopath and one really strong but they're both hurt and broken. ❤

The fact that they never got a happy ending breaks me, but their relationship is so damn relatable man. Vi was in denial believing she could reach Powder one way or another, but in doing so during Powder's Tea Party, tore them further apart. Jinx knows Vi loves Powder not Jinx. And Vi wants to believe she can fix what she did, she wants to believe she can reach Powder despite everyone telling her she's gone. 💔😭

I just want to see them happy together regardless of how much they have changed. It is sad to see that they both don't know what they each went through after all that has happened when they were young. Please let their relationship be resolved in s2!!

I have watched this several times and I cry each time omg. Their relationship is so emotional and beautiful and tragic and I’m heartbroken 😭 I love the way you edited all the clips together, and the way they lined up with the music as well. You really showed all of the key moments they went through and aspects of their relationship. I truly believe they will always love each other so much no matter what. This is THE BEST Vi and Powder edit that exists. The concept is so well thought out and put together, the layering of the song and the dialog from the show works so well, the chosen clips are perfect, the song was mEANT FOR THEM WHAT THE HECK. Every time I read that it all happened because of a "misunderstanding" I wonder if everyone forgot that due to Powder's disobedience the whole family dies. Blaming Vi for her reaction is wrong, we would surely react worse. And Powder, had already been showing signs of her mental problems since she was little. This was a sad disaster, not a misunderstanding. In the game I love Jinx, her madness, her manic and then innocent gestures, and is easy to use. Here everything was very well done. Vi never caught my attention in the game now I think I will learn to use it because I fell in love with her in Arcane hahaha. The moment that hit my heart the most was when Jinx held up the sign, and the image of Mylo and Claggor appeared. The music, the emotion, everything was perfect.
