This talk is presented in Bilal Islamic University Lahore by a renowned motivational speaker and trainer Mr Mohammad Ali.
SPEAKER PROFILE:
Mohammad Ali is a Teacher, Trainer, Educator and Motivational Speaker. He received his BS Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering & Sciences (GIKI). Mr Ali dedicated his life to bring about productivity in the lives of Youth. He joined the teaching profession solely for love of educating the Youth. His core value is that he shares the same background with the youth of today and has a genuine concern for their issues. Following this vision, he, along with some other motivated individuals, established Youth Club, a non-profit, non-sectarian & non-political organization, which provides a unique platform for the youth and gives them avenues to channel their energies and potential in accordance with Islamic values. It is working to create well-balanced individuals, who are not only skilled in their respective fields but also recognize and fulfil their religious obligations and participate actively in their communities.
He is a well-known motivational speaker and has taken training in public speaking from International trainers. There is a great demand for his energetic and interactive style of delivering the workshop/lectures amongst the Youth. He has delivered seminars in various universities and Institutes some of which include University of Punjab (IER Department, Pharmacy Department, Microbiology department), Service Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), RIPHAH University, UET Lahore, AIMS Institute DHA, KITE (Karachi), Shifa Medical College (Islamabad) & several other notable schools & colleges. In 2016, he was selected as one of the speakers from top 30 speakers of Pakistan for Punjab University IER department’s Mega annual event “Business week”. The handouts of his workshop titled “Five Habits of highly successful people” have been recognized by Punjab University IER department as part of the curriculum of the course “Islamic Education”.
Moreover, he has trained the management and technical staff of notable organizations such as Akhuwat and Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) Pakistan. His core area of expertise is Behavioral Management, Personality development, Communication skills, Stress management, Leadership and mind sciences.

Asalam o alaykum In this part, I mentioned that a sahabi died because of evil eye. I tried to search its reference but yet could not find. But I did find this hadis which is Sahih. So I am pasting here. Thankyou :) Imam Ahmad, Malik, al-Nasai and Ibn Hibban narrated from Sahl ibn Haneef that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out and traveled with him towards Makkah, until they were in the mountain pass of al-Kharar in al-Jahfah. There Sahl ibn Haneef did ghusl (bathed), and he was a handsome white-skinned man with beautiful skin. ‘Amir ibn Rabee’ah, one of Banu ‘Adiyy ibn K’ab looked at him whilst he was doing ghusl and said: “I have never seen such beautiful skin as this, not even the skin of a virgin,” and Sahl fell to the ground. They went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah, can you do anything for Sahl, because by Allah he cannot raise his head.” He said, “Do you accuse anyone with regard to him?” They said, “‘Amir ibn Rabee’ah looked at him.” So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called ‘Amir and rebuked him strongly. He said, “Why would one of you kill his brother? If you see something that you like, then pray for blessing for him.” Then he said to him, “Wash yourself for him.” So he washed his face, hands, forearms, knees and the sides of his feet, and inside his izaar (lower garment) in the vessel. Then that water was poured over him, and a man poured it over his head and back from behind. He did that to him, then Sahl got up and joined the people and there was nothing wrong with him. Classed as saheeh (authentic) by al-Albani in al-Mishkat.
