Katya often says this phrase jokingly while she and Trixie are reacting to new episodes of crappy Netflix dating shows like "Love is Blind" - basically, it's what Katya comments when she has NOTHING to say about a particular couple's current relationship drama. So she'll be watching a man and woman have a big heart-to-heart, and then say, "Now, this is a BIG moment for Mark...but also a big moment for Karen." And she's said it often enough that it's become a running gag. :)

This has convinced me that Jinkx *needs* to play Madame Thénardier.

The breath control and projection Jinkx displays singing these parts, which typically have no break between lines or even sometimes overlap, is absolutely phenomenal.

One knew they had range, but to identifiably switch from role and voice at such a smooth but quick pace was so astounding as to be indescribable!!!!

She is, in her words, fem non binary with a penis. Therefore her voice can be deeper because she is a man but she has worked for decades to sound female. She has also had training in all aspects of performing.
