There's no one more vocal than Jung Kook in saying Jin is handsome. Even if other people have different taste or preference, JK is very consistent in praising not just Jin's looks but also being a warm and kind person. He also recently emphasized how he looks younger than ever. Well, we know Seokjin is a vampire (real). 🤭
When I was a baby ARMY, I bumped into the k-word "훈남 / hunnam" which JK have used a few times. He used it particularly to Jin. It's a word that defines beyond being handsome. It's a term used for a good-looking person that is kind and warms your heart just by looking at him. Using that instead of a simple 잘생겼어요 / jalsaenggyeosseoyo (handsome) is so poetic and romantic.
In this video, you will see how JK have praised Jin's good looks throughout the years, even until now. Jin himself also praises himself and his amazing skin but it doesn't sound arrogant at all. It's objective and he also said that he's not the most handsome man in the world but he's just satisfied with how he looks. That makes him more charming.
JK will praise Jin even if other people let him down (in praising him). When Jimin teased Jin, JK was there to say "my Jin is handsome" even with Jin in choppy bangs. I felt that whenever JK praises Jin, it boosted Jin's confidence so we have JK to thank as well for Jin being the worldwide handsome that he is today.

Some of these army can shove Tae’s name down JK’s throat all they want but in the end JK’s #1 spot always goes to Jin. Jk have said it so many times, too many to count that according to him Jin is most handsome. He always praise Jin’s looks and voice. If you ever noticed, the only time Jk calls Tae handsome is when army brings it up to him, he rarely randomly calls Tae handsome out of the blue but with Jin he brings it up all the time, randomly.

Some people think that maybe Jin is just faking it and that deep down he really has low self-esteem issues. But I see it more as Jin genuinely trying to boost himself and love himself. And he does it not only to be happier, but also to set an example for everyone on how to love oneself more. Idols, despite getting a lot of love from fans, also get a lot of hate. And Jin mentioned before that he did suffer from low self-esteem issues. But now, I believe he has overcome that, through his constant self reassurance, and living not because of what others think, but what he, himself really wants. I think we should learn from Jin instead of judging him.

Lol I have never seen someone praise himself for looking handsome as much as Jin does. I mean I have known some guy like this before, he was good looking but I don't know why I don't get irritated or annoyed when Jin do like this but any or everyone else does... They are super annoying. As much as I love Jin, I find this kind of behavior usually is annoying, they are annoying because they are too full of themselves but strange enough, only Jin can pull this off.
