Absolutely not. I love his version but it add nothing compared to the original version (same key, same beat...), where as the S version was nothing heard before, a milestone to the EDM development.

Jimmy is my hero and an icon in the gay community. He was the first out performer I heard on commercial radio. He's also sexy as hell.

I used to dance to this in the clubs back when it was released back in 1989! Such an energetic song.

I was dancing with Sylvester at T-dance at the I- beam When suddenly the song came on and Jimmy Summerville got up on stage and began to sing Sylvester was encouraged to do the same and just like that They both sang the song !!!! It was one incredible moment in time ! Unforgettable !!!!
