Holy... Jimmy is the most underrated guitarist, I'd go as far as saying he's some kind of miracle. One of the best I've ever heard.

I keep coming back to these legendary sessions. Jimmy is unreal, the lick he plays at 2:37 is filthy! He really is unmatched.

I would be paralyzed having to play after Jimmy Rosenberg. Frank Vignola plays, and just nails it: energy, melody, even Bachian echoes. The all package. And staying true to the sinti spirit as well. Inspiring jam

This must be the most epic piece of improvisation ever recorded. The musical dexterity is unbelievable. For those on the path of being a great musician, this video shows you what's that actually like. Three guys with acoustic instruments, nothing more. If you look carefully at when Frank is doing his solo, it appears to have been speeded up...his head is moving too unnaturally...as soon as I saw it I thought that it looked a tiny bit unnatural..

@@TheStrataminor its because of his right hand movement that his head is moving unnaturally. The recording isnt sped up mate.

wonderful! Everyone is rooting for Jimmy- He is just fantastic. It's as if gypsy jazz is in his soul but it doesn't challenge him - it just comes to easy for him...sometimes being challenged by other things makes you thankful for what you have, like mountain climbing or sky diving, especially when your feet touch the flat ground.

Veramente eccezionali.........una vera delizia ascoltare questi bravissimi chitarristi.

man... joe ascione died in 2016, had ms since 2000. jimmy isnt really playing much these days, as far as i know. frank is still going strong though! glad there are videos...
