Watching this in 2023 after Julian has been retired for a bit now and he doesn’t have to cross his T’s and dot his I’s on and off the field for coach bellicheck, there’s a whole new Julian out there. His interviews and podcast guest spots are hilarious. As with here you see him being on edge around coach.

Belichick is great at interviews but he doesn't do "fluff" which is all Fallon is. Hear him talk about actual sports; especially football and Lacrosse and he will light up.

For talk show hosts, it would be ideal for the guests to do all the talking cause it makes the hosts job much easier (it's why talk shows love getting Kevin Hart on). But when you're interviewing someone boring like Belichick, there's more pressure on the host to force the conversation and force the comedic mood for the sake of good television

Having recently watched Edelman’s interview with the Kelce brothers, he is totally reserved here being that he’s with his coach. You can tell he really respects him and maybe a little scared of him lol

When Jimmy asked "What do you say to the falcon's fans out there?" I really expected Bill to say "We're on to Cincinnati"

He does talk too much. He didn’t even really ask any questions, just rambled.

Fallon is the worst interviewer ever yet he has the some of the best guests. This world is a weird place.

If you want to know how to ruin a potentially excellent interview ask Jimmy. Pathetic.

love it!! Never stop, never give up, never stop fighting!!

No disrespect to Jimmy, but I don't think he deserves The Tonight Show. I think he's really funny and belongs on TV but I don't think he's a good host. It's one thing if he's still hosting Late Night but The Tonight Show is not only one of the most famous talk shows of all but one of the most famous shows of all. It deserves better in my opinion.
