I never knew my mother, she died when I was 2 years old. I received her old bible, it was so well used, battered and falling to pieces, I believe I will see her when I get to heaven.

Oh I believe there's a place called Heaven and I know this man called Jesus praise His holy name He lives in me and I could not live without Him oh Lord I thank Him for life and the life that's coming!!! Soon and very soon we'll see this precious man and get to praise Him for what He did for us on that old rugged cross!!! Oh what a day!!! I love this song and the singers

My mom was dying in the hospital, me and my brother went to get food for everyone. "we had been at her side for days".while we waited a peace swept thru the both of us and we both recognized it, like the peace felt at salvation, we hurried back and mom had just passed, the peace of god was so thick no one could cry, what was one of the saddest days also was a witness to the salvation of jesus, couse mom despite anything never doubted her faith in calvery. Praise the lord for the miricals ive witnessed,

I guess I am a little selfish but my momma stayed with us after my dad died 13 years ago. Momma was doing great until she took that stupid jab after that she went down hill. Her sister talked her into getting the jab 2 years before she died. Momma would ask me wonder why God is letting me suffer with losing so much. Her first born son died at home in 1965 he was 11 days old, her second born son died on July 5 2008 he got electrocuted he was 41. My dad died January 30 2011 he was 65. My momma said she could not take it if I died before her. I was supposed to be dead year’s ago because of this disease ALS. I told momma please don’t leave me now. I need her more now than ever before because my wife has to work and my children work and or married. I told momma she was a lot like Job in the Bible the Lord gives and the Lord takes away Blessed be the name of the Lord.

I believe at 78 years I am waiting for my God.

I believe in God to. I lost my papa and grandma when I was a little girl. My papa died from smoking and my grandma died from the hospital. The hospital emergency floors were not clean so she got the infection from when the nurse dropped a needle into a puddle of blood and picked it back up and put it into my grandma’s arm and than it was to late she had the staff infection and that’s what killed my grandma in the hospital so watch the nurses very careful and make sure they wash their hands and throw away those dirty needles. My grandma was not here when I graduated from high school it was hard on me to walk across that stage at graduation in 2004. I cried because my grandparents were in heaven but I remembered that they were in heaven and not suffering in pain anymore. I walked with my head up high and remembering that my grandma was watching also my papa. They were the ones that had adopted me and my brother and sister and raised us up.

This was played at my brother in laws service yesterday and we all cried.

My sweet little Mama went to Heaven on November 13, 2023. She Was so loved by so many people. She never worked much outside the home, and didn't belong to any organization other than her church. But she loved Jesus and she knew how to love peop!e and when she left this world last week so many people expressed love for her. I miss her so much. I miss her hapoy, sweet voice, her wisdom and understanding. I miss talking with her. She lived 89 years and told me several times that Jesus has taken care of her all of her life. And she is with him Him now and will never again experience pain, sorrow, mourning, crying or death again. I love you my sweet little Mama. I will see you again.

On this day, January 17 2024 I heard the song I Believe. My all time favorite member of the Statler Brothers, Jimmy Fortune sang Ike a beautiful morning dove. He is incredibly talented. I love every song I have heard him sing. Fantastic entertainer!!!

I really was there when my mom passed away 4-6-15 it was the day my world changed forever

I’m my mothers baby out of 8 children. She has 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. I laid next to her in a hospital recliner for 4 nights holding her hand. For the last 2, people were in and out. At 10:00 on May 3rd, the last people left. At 10:30 I pushed my chair up next to her and took her hand and told her she was an amazing mother, that she is so loved, that I love her. Within 5 minutes of laying down the room grew silent. I checked to see if she was breathing, she was. I put my head back down but couldn’t close my eyes. It was so peaceful, quiet, a few minutes passed, nurse came in to check her vitals to confirm. Through my tearful eyes I asked Mama if heaven was a glorious as she had been praying for. I’m thankful the song popped up today. ❤

Wow! Thank you Jimmy for reminding me was also with my late Mum when she left us!

This is one of the absolute best songs of all time. Yes, I believe. Two years ago I lost my only son to the flu at 31. Five months later I lost my wife of 36 years at 58 from MS, and a stroke. I was by her side forever, and yes they believed. WE will meet again. This song brings me to tears. Would love to meet Jimmy. Met Dailey & Vincent two times.Give thanks, and pray every day. OUTSTANDING SONG!

I have listened to this song dozens of times, and it causes the tears to flow every time. We lost my Daddy in 2015 after a tragic fall in the woods. My sweet Mother joined him in heaven 5 days later when she suffered a stroke on the day that we buried my Dad. She passed into eternal life at 2 AM the next morning. They were married for 66 years and were only apart for that short few days after Dad died in the Bowling Green, Kentucky hospice center. I look forward to seeing them again in Glory when God closes this earth's short day.

I Beleave I’ll see my Jesus and loved ones I’ll hold in my arms again there are so many.

I love this song on October 2 2016 i lost my mom to ALZ. I held my mamas hand the day she went to heaven i sing this song. At church

My step father passed away and today was his birthday. He used to take me aside when I’d visit in a small room that he would play country , bluegrass and gospel music. I miss him and my time with him listening to his favorite songs. He’s been on my heart and these songs bring me comfort believing I’ll see him again and knowing he’s still listening with me today. Happy birthday dad, love Jimmy.

I Believe was written on October 30, 2016 by myself and Mindi Catenzero. I was married to her older half-brother Ivan C. Parker. The song was composed as the family gathered for the funeral of Mari Catenzero Castanza. The song was originally written in Flemish. When my husband arrived, he helped us translate I Believe into English. Mari had not always lived a Christian life, but after the birth of her youngest son, Scott Catenzero, she had a reversion to her Catholic faith. Mari had raised Mindi and Scott as a single mother. She had many regrets near the end of her life that she had not lived the right kind of life and set a better example for her children and grandchildren. But we had assurance that she would be in a better place after death. I was asked to sing I Believe at her funeral. It was very emotional.

My mom died recent. She died on 8/23/2017. The night before she died. I had a dream that God revealed to me that my mom was standing in front of these big tall gates. I watched those gates open up and 2 little girls waiting for her. I watched her walk in Heaven with her 2 granddaughters. One was my daughter and my sister's daughter. When she went in,she walked right in to the light and vanished with those babies. So amazing. I love God so much. Thank you , Jesus.Until we meet again mom. I love you.

I lost my mother on July 25 as well in 2010. On That day I used to feel anger and hurt, but now I have more of a feeling of peace . Sometime during that day without fail something happens or is said or maybe something as silly as a bird lighting a little closer than normal that makes me stop and smile for just a moment . She was no ordinary mom I was an only child and as a boy growing up I was close to my pops but Mom was my best friend. God , I miss her.

I no there is a God in Heaven I cry my eyes out like a baby this song is truly my anthem GODS GOT ME ❤️🙏🙏🙏😪😪❤️🙏

My parents are gone too! My world changed when Mom went first. Since I still had Dad, I poured all my love in him and having him it was as if I had part of Mom too. When Dad died 2 yrs later, I was devastated. I think of them most every day. It has been 26 yrs but it seems like yesterday. I can't wait to see them again in Heaven with other family members that I love as well.

When I hear this song I can imagine my momma doing all those things she loved. She can breathe, sing and praise the Lord.I lost my mom almost 5 years ago but not a day goes by that I don't think about her. My momma was ready to meet Jesus and oh how I look forward to that great reunion day. For I do believe!

I know there is a place called Heaven. And it is my son's home now. One day it will be mine, and I will never ever have to let him go again.. I miss him with every breath I take.

Heard this song just days before my own mom passed. I was with her when she passed and she knew the Lord so it was very peaceful for her. I was able to honor her by singing it at her funeral a few days later. Now every time I hear it I’m happy that she’s Home and I will see her one day.
