People only say Zafiro Añejo is the best bc it’s usually the most expensive, but my experience with the stuff was not good. Years ago, I went to a pool party down in Mexico, where some show-off brought a bottle for us all to take a shot. EVERYONE GOT SO SICK. Never been sicker in all my life! I thought I was going to die, seriously. Now, whenever I’m south of the border, I just stick with beer like Dos Equis.

This was the scene that made me realize Kim is way more of a complex and interesting character than I initially thought. "You ever heard of zafiro anejo"? Kim up to this point was solely a voice of reason to balance Jimmy out, but here we see her proactively upping the ante on her own accord instead of being begrudgingly dragged along into one of Jimmy's schemes.

I’ve seen both series several times, and are just now realizing that this is the same guy who’s car got set on fire by Walt

So the average tequila bottle has 16 shots in it and if the price per shot is $50 then a single bottle of Zafiro Añejo would cost $800 which adjusted for inflation is $1,352.43 plus what ever ken paid for the food they had

I mean if you’ve been to a bar you know they always up charge on everything….. including the price in general as well as individual shots. My guess is it’s a fifth and probably about 20 a shot so thats like a 350-400 dollar bottle

I love that before this scene, Jimmy and Kim have a conversation on where Jimmy would go, both Jimmy and Walt have clear moments about where they at and what they want, Jimmy never wanted to be a lawyer, only do it for Chuck, as long as Chuck destroy their relationship, Jimmy doesnt find anything in his current life make sense anymore, why striving for a position in law, they both have a brief moment of clarity of life at the start

A couple years later he turns on the TV and sees Viktor with a K and the guy who exploded his Car being the most wanted men in the Country.

Ken did win. The guy who burned his car died, and Viktor ended up in prison.
