'Schlossnagle also is quite familiar with Texas. He has compiled a 24-16 record against the Longhorns and his TCU teams competed in the Big 12 alongside UT from 2013-2021. Over the past three years, his Aggies eliminated Texas from the 2022 College World Series and beat the Longhorns in a 2024 regional game.' 53 yrs old, probably will not leave the 40 Acres.

All a high school kid needs to believe is that the coaching is getting way better at Texas and he will play on a great baseball team

This is one of the reasons NIL and player pay hit the NCAA. The ADs and coaches can abandon ship in a 24 hour period but players would have to lose eligibility or sit out to transfer. Coaches salaries are off the charts while the players got nothing. Personally I am against NIL and player pay but the schools have no one to blame but themselves.
