Yeeees. They need someone who can be comfortably dominant in a conversation, leading the flow. When they have guests like Ricky Gervais on, he's the one pulling the conversation along keeping it on track, sam and jim just try to build onto his jokes. Jim is a great third chair to insert some good jokes ontop of the conversation, but he needs an Anthony to do the actual hosting. Sam is just a smelly looking imp
