Actually, jim and bryan are wrong about the rule regarding starting the match in both are in the Ring. Several times in the past, similar statements have been made when someone was jumped outside the ring prior to the start of a match. Often used as a reason why someone try to cash in money in the bank but then drew back. And did not haven't count as an official cash in. This has been done even in the nineties at times

I didnt out grow it until 16 years ago. I started wstching at 5. Early '86 to 2007. From what I recall it went from PG to tv14 in 1996 and then got a target audience of people up to their mid 20's and up with more adult like content. Id say there came a point, teenagers wasnt their target audience.
