Just for clarification about that incident, in the clip it says Taker didn't know for a few years but according to Taker that is false. After they got through the curtain Hogan was selling it big time going so far as to lay on the floor acting like he was dying and telling people to call his family. He was making a huge scene and Taker was obviously worried. So during the scene Shane McMahon went to Taker and told him that his head never touched and he did nothing wrong and went and showed Taker the tape. By this point Hogan had already left but the next time he saw him a few days later Taker confronted Hogan about it and told him he saw the tape and his head never touched to which Hogan replied "Oh it must've been cause you held me too tight that it messed me up." Taker said that after that he saw what Hogan was all about and it took him a long time to forgive him.

Whats funny is that, how it happened was that Harley had threatened Vince years before to burn his ring TRUCKS if he ever came to St. Louis, and the night Hogans talking about, Race walked in the dressing room, and saw Hogan sitting with his back to him, and told him to stand up. Hogan didnt so Race slapped him, and then Hogan faced him and said "I thought you'd come here with a machine gun" and Race said, "No I just carry this" and pulled out a .38 (or a .9mm,, depending on whose telling it). Then, Race told Vince "if youre going to me in my city, youre going to pay me for it", and thats when he got hired. Hogan just hears things and has to add himself. If you mentioned the War of 1812, he'd say "the funny thing about that, brother, I was filming a movie in England at the time..."

The frustrating thing about Hogan is that he really doesn't need to be this much of a compulsive liar. He's led an interesting enough life that all his true stories would be way more fascinating than all the stuff he makes up. But I guess being the face of an entire industry and a pop culture icon just isn't enough for him in his own mind, so he has to tell all these fake stories to somehow fuel his ego and make himself seem more important. It's more sad than funny at this point.

He basically ran my bicycle off the road with his Viper next to the post office in Agoura Hills. I followed him to the post office and laughingly told him what happened. I asked for an autograph so I didn't have to sue him. I was laughing and joking. He told me to go in and get a pen, then totally boned out of the parking lot. LOLOL
