Michelle Diaz The Earth is dying so everyone has to travel to Mars. Jimin doesn’t make it on the last ship because he went back for Jungkook’s favorite book, “The Little Prince,” essentially being the last person on Earth. Jungkook and the people he traveled with don’t make it in time to save him, and Jimin suffocates in their Earth apartment due to the lack of breathable air. Jungkook proceeds to live his remaining years on Mars, with a sliver of hope that Jimin made it, even though he knows that he most likely didn’t.
